Instead of chasing multiple contractors for small jobs, you can now book a full 8-hour service day for your punchlist items and small home projects.

Perfect for:

• Light fixture swaps (non-permitted)
• Caulking & sealing
• Small carpentry fixes
• Closet & shelving installs

If it fits in a day — we’ll handle it.

Deposit to book: $200
Balance due day of service: $750

Deposit to book: $150
Balance due day of service: $375

Some punch list items require two workers for safety or handling.

Examples:
• Heavy doors
• Large vanities
• Window units
• Cabinet installs

This prevents headaches + protects your time.

We may complete fewer items within your booked time if a helper is required.

We will flag this in advance whenever possible.

Helper Add-On (If Required)

Half Day Helper: $225
Full Day Helper: $400

We’ll notify you in advance based on your punch list.

We provide standard job materials at no extra charge:

• screws & fasteners
• anchors
• caulk
• shims
• patch supplies
  

• You’ll submit your punch list in advance

• We send you a materials list before service day to help you prepare.

• All specialty items must be on site

• Time spent picking up missing materials counts toward the 8 hours

• If items are not ready, we move to next available task

This prevents headaches + protects your time.

To reserve your service day:

• Deposit required at booking for half or whole day

• Remaining balance dueday of service

• Payment accepted: ACH, Cash, Venmo, Credit Card

• Credit card accepted (4% processing fee charged)

This service does NOT include:

 • Full remodel work
• Permitted electrical work
• Permitted plumbing work
• Structural changes
• Mold or remediation work
• Major demolition
• Roofing work

If we discover larger issues, we will stop and provide a proper estimate.  We will let you know once you fill out your booking link if your punchlist doesn't qualify for this service.

Why do you say UP TO 4 hours and UP TO 8 hours?

Because every project is different. With years of renovation experience, Erik can often complete projects more efficiently than someone without the same level of knowledge and expertise. You’re not paying for someone to simply clock hours — you’re paying for quality work done correctly and efficiently. 

Some projects may take the full amount of time, while others may be completed sooner. Our goal is always to deliver the highest quality work and help you accomplish as much as possible during your booked time.

What if something takes longer than expected?
We’ll prioritize with you on site and you can book another 1/2 day full day with us to complete the jobs.  We will do our best to let you know how long we estimate your project taking.  

Can I add items same day?
Yes — if time allows.

What if materials are missing?
We will go get the materials needed to complete the job however  pickup time counts toward your booked hours.   

What if somethings comes up and I have to reschedule?

 We will work with you to reschedule our next available date.
